Refund Policy

At Wonder Craft Kids, we strive to provide fun and engaging craft experiences. 

 

Due to the nature of our subscription service, we have the following refund policy:

 

1. Subscription Refunds

 

All subscription purchases are non-refundable once processed.

 

If you cancel your subscription, it will not renew, but you will continue to receive any remaining boxes from your current paid term.

 

2. Damaged or Missing Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incomplete box, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

 

Photo evidence may be required for damaged items.

 

3. One-Time Purchases & Gift Orders

 

One-time purchases and non-renewing gift subscriptions are non-refundable once the order is placed.

 

Exchanges or replacements will be considered only in cases of damage or missing components.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in these cases.
