  • How does shipping work?
    We offer free shipping within the United States! Once you subscribe, your first box will ship within 5-7 business days. After that, you'll receive a new kit each month around the same time. We also provide tracking information so you can follow your box right to your doorstep!
  • What if my child needs help with a project?
    Each project is designed to be kid-friendly and self-guided, but we include detailed, step-by-step instructions to assist. If your child gets stuck, you can find extra tips and tutorial videos on our website. And our support team is always here to help with any questions!
  • What’s inside each craft kit?
    Each kit is packed with everything your child needs to complete multiple fun and educational projects. You'll find all the necessary materials, easy-to-follow instructions, and additional learning resources that tie into STEAM concepts. Plus, we include a few surprises to keep the excitement going!
  • Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
    Absolutely! We know life gets busy, so we make it easy to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Just log into your account and manage your subscription with a few clicks. No fees or penalties—just flexibility!
  • Can I switch between age groups during my subscription?
    Yes! We know children grow quickly, so if your child ages out of their current kit, you can switch to a new age group anytime during your subscription. Just log in to your account to make the change.
  • Can I skip a month instead of canceling?
    Definitely! If you need a break, just log in to your account and select the option to skip a month. Your subscription will automatically pick up where it left off, with no extra steps needed.
  • How do I start a subscription?
    It’s easy! Simply choose the age group that fits your child, select your preferred plan (monthly, 3-month, 6-month or 12-month), and complete the checkout. Once your order is placed, we’ll handle the rest, and your first box will be on its way!
  • What happens if I want to cancel before my subscription term ends?
    You can cancel anytime! If you’re on a monthly plan, your cancellation will apply before your next billing cycle. For pre-paid subscriptions (3-month, 6-month or 12-month), you’ll still receive the remaining boxes in your plan but will not be re-billed when your term ends.
  • How do gift subscriptions work?
    Gift subscriptions are a great way to share the fun! Choose a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month gift plan, enter the recipient's shipping details, and we'll send them a personalized welcome card with their first box. After the gift term ends, there’s no need to cancel—it will automatically stop unless you renew it.
